簡介聊城大學音樂學院成立于1990年7月，現(xiàn)有音樂學、音樂表演、舞蹈學三個本科專業(yè)，擁有音樂與舞蹈學一級學科碩士點，藝術學、音樂學2個二級碩士點及藝術碩士、學科教育（音樂）2個專業(yè)碩士點。目前全日制在校研究生、本科生800余人，繼續(xù)教育學生50余

人。

音樂學院現(xiàn)有專任教師43人，其中教授2人、副教授10人；博士后2人、碩士29人；校級優(yōu)秀人才3人。擁有一支職稱、學歷、學緣、年齡結(jié)構合理、教學科研水平高、充滿生機與活力的師資隊伍。

學院以人才培養(yǎng)、科學研究、服務社會為使命，以培養(yǎng)基礎扎實、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良，具有實踐能力和創(chuàng)新精神的應用型高級專門人才為目標，培養(yǎng)的學生在各類專業(yè)比賽中獲得優(yōu)異成績，在社會上享有較好聲譽。

學院重視教師教學、科研水平的提高，涌現(xiàn)出了一批學術精湛、治學嚴謹、教學優(yōu)秀的教師，在近幾年學校舉辦的課堂教學競賽中取得了優(yōu)異的成績。并獲山東省高等學?；A學科建設專項資金項目1項、校級重點教學改革立項1項；校級一般教學改革立項1項；校級優(yōu)秀教學團隊1項；校級精品課程4項；校級重點專業(yè)一項。學院教師主持省部級科研項目2項，廳局級科研立項26項，發(fā)表各類學術論文200多篇。

學院重視對外交流與合作，積極推進中外合作辦學和留學生教育，先后與美國、加拿大、瑞典、韓國等高校建立了友好校際關系，開展了不同形式的師生國際交流活動。

The School of Music, established in July 1990, offers undergraduate programs in Musicology, Music Performance and Dancology; postgraduate programs in Arts, Musicology, MFA and Ed. M in Music. It is qualified to confer Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees.

The School of Music has a full-time resident faculty of forty-three outstanding musicians, performers, scholars and researchers, among whom two are professors, ten associate professors and three awarded university-level talents. The faculty is conducting altogether three provincial-level and 26 other research and teaching innovative programs. It has about eight hundred full-time students in addition to more than 50 part-time students.

The School of Music will have an enhanced reputation nationally and internationally, based on recognition of the comprehensiveness, diversity, and quality of the full span of its programs. Students and faculty will develop, have access to, and engage in the latest technological and pedagogical innovations in the field of music and dancology in an environment that retains and strengthens the values of musical artistry and humanistic scholarship.

The School of Music will find new ways to engage with and transform the musical and intellectual life of the broader community through our performances and other activities. It will foster an educational environment characterized by a diverse student and faculty profile, and by musical and academic experiences that resonate with a broad spectrum of historical, cultural, and stylistic perspectives. Our students, faculty, and staff will work in an environment known for its attention to the preservation of professional health.

The School of Music has been taking the initiative in promoting international exchange and cooperation. It has built long-term partnership and exchange programs with universities from the United States, Canada, Sweden, and Republic of Korea.
