ACCOUNTABILITIES

.Distribute all regulations/notices/surveys or other circulars promulgated by regulators to relevant departments/units timely and accurately.

Act as the first point of contact with regulatory agencies on their inquires, surveys and on-site examinations.

Provide Compliance advisory to relevant business, control and supporting functions.

Assist in preparing application package for new branch opening and senior management qualification etc, follow up the approval progress with authorities.

Conduct periodic Compliance monitoring to ensure all departments are in compliance with local laws/regulations and internal compliance policies, conduct self assessment testing.

Make external and internal periodic compliance reports.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

University level with bachelor degree or above

2 years above related working experience in banking

Good English and computer skills

Perform well under pressure and team-work spirit

Outgoing personality, responsible and reliable
