崗位職責(zé)

1.Work with Director, designs and executes annual development plan; 2.Coordinates and implements direct mail & annual appeals programs; 3.Utilizes research result and data to assess the efficacy of development activities and to identify prospective donors and sponsors, prompting Director; 4.Develops and documents systems for consistent implementation of donor-record procedures; 5.Identifies and pursues new sources of income from individual donors, business donors, corporate sponsorships and funders; 6.Works collaboratively with Director on donor cultivation and solicitation; 7.Works collaboratively with Director on donor cultivation and solicitation; 8.Provides support to Communication and Marketing Office for marketing plans of institutional development, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the periodical institutional development journal in mission, story contents, and editorial values; 9.Provides support to Student Affairs Office for activities of students scholarship and students life of the development journal; 10.Provides support to Undergraduate Recruitment Office, as assigned; 11.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
